Jonah had the perfect excuse to bring Ellie to the Grand Basin this Saturday afternoon. He told Ellie that they were attending a work event at the Boathouse in Forest Park, and dressing up for his work events was not unusual.
While heading to Jonah's "work" event he led Ellie closer to the water at the Grand Basin in Forest Park. Once he reached the middle he got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage. Ellie was completely shocked as she thought there was still a work event, but in her favor, we had a mini-engagement session afterward.
